1. Acceptance of Terms

Buzz Cut Master (“Buzz Cut Master,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides virtual buzz cut try-ons, face-shape insights, hairstyle recommendations, AI-powered content generation, and related collaboration tools (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, starting a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  1. Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
  2. Account registration. Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
  3. Authentication. You may sign in with credentials issued by Buzz Cut Master or through third-party providers (e.g., Google, GitHub). You authorize us to access basic profile data supplied by those providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  4. Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

3. Description of Services

Buzz Cut Master offers:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features temporarily or permanently without notice, provided that material changes to paid offerings will be communicated in advance where practicable.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

  1. Credits. Credits enable AI try-ons, exports, and other gated actions. Credits purchased as part of one-time plans expire according to the duration indicated at purchase (e.g., 30 days, 3 months, 12 months). Expired or unused credits are not refundable.
  2. Subscriptions. Monthly or annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  3. Billing. Payments are processed through third-party gateways such as Stripe or Creem. You authorize the applicable provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any additional purchases.
  4. Price changes. We may adjust pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  5. Refunds. Except where required by law, all fees are nonrefundable. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience technical issues preventing use; we will assess good-faith requests case by case.
  6. Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchases.

5. Trials, Promotions, and Beta Features

Free trials, promotional credits, or beta features are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may revoke access if we suspect abuse. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranties and may change significantly before general release.

6. User Content and License

  1. Your content. You retain ownership of photographs, prompts, generated outputs, and other content you submit (“User Content”).
  2. License to us. You grant Buzz Cut Master a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, and create derivative works of User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. This includes transmitting content to third-party AI providers for processing.
  3. Public sharing. If you choose to publish galleries, testimonials, or showcase submissions through the platform, you grant us permission to display them to other users or visitors until you remove or disable sharing.
  4. Feedback. Suggestions, feature ideas, or testimonials you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated previews, measurements, or recommendations are approximations for inspiration and planning. Results do not guarantee a specific haircut outcome, professional advice, or medical guidance. Always consult a qualified barber or stylist before making grooming decisions. You are solely responsible for how you use or share generated content.

9. Use of Generated Content

  1. Personal, non-commercial license. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any images, videos, or other AI outputs you generate through the Services are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download, share, or display them for inspiration, portfolios, or social media posts as long as you comply with these Terms.
  2. Commercial use obligations. If you wish to exploit generated outputs commercially (e.g., advertising, paid content, merchandising, or resale), you are solely responsible for securing all necessary rights, licenses, model releases, and consents from any individuals depicted, as well as from any third-party rights holders. Buzz Cut Master does not grant or transfer copyright or publicity rights in the outputs.
  3. No warranties on rights clearance. You acknowledge that we provide AI outputs “as is” without guaranteeing exclusivity or freedom from claims. If your commercial use results in disputes or infringement allegations, you must resolve them at your own cost and indemnify us pursuant to Section 15.

10. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined there.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third parties such as Stripe, Creem, Google Analytics, OpenPanel, Plausible, Resend, and AI model providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, SiliconFlow, Kling, Replicate). Your use of third-party tools may be subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for those providers’ acts or omissions.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Services. You may terminate your account at any time via settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, but Sections 6–17 survive to the extent applicable.

13. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party failures may affect access. We are not liable for loss of business or data caused by downtime, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzz Cut Master and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amounts you paid to us for the Services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzz Cut Master and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to seek informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may bring an action exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in this Section limits either party’s ability to seek injunctive relief.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, regulatory requirements, or other reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
